简要说明（不替代下方正文）：
- 免费功能可以免费用于个人和工作。
- Pro 一次买断，本人最多 3 台 Mac，含 12 个月内发布的所有版本，这些版本永久可用。
- 许可证离线校验，没有账号、没有激活服务器、不收集设备信息。
- 购买 14 天内可无理由退款。请不要分享许可证密钥。
MaxCap（“本软件”）是专有软件。本协议是你与 MaxCap 开发者（“我们”）之间的协议。安装或使用本软件即表示你接受本协议；如不接受，请不要安装或使用。
1. 许可授予
免费使用。我们授予你个人的、非独占、不可转让、可撤销的许可，在你拥有或控制的 Mac 上安装并使用本软件的免费功能，可用于个人和商业工作。
试用。每台 Mac 可试用一次 MaxCap Pro，为期 14 天。试用结束后 Pro 功能停止，免费功能和你的数据不受影响。
MaxCap Pro。购买的许可证密钥为一个人在其使用的最多三（3）台 Mac 上解锁 Pro 功能。密钥包含购买日起 12 个月内发布的所有版本（“更新期”）。更新期内发布的版本可永久使用 Pro 功能；更新期后发布的版本需要续费。
组织使用。除非另有书面约定，每位使用 Pro 的人员需要一个许可证。
2. 限制
你不得：（a）分享、公开、出售或以其他方式分发许可证密钥；（b）规避、禁用或修改许可证校验、试用限制或其他技术保护措施；（c）对本软件进行反向工程、反编译或反汇编，适用法律明确允许的除外；（d）出租、出借、再许可或再分发本软件或其修改版本；（e）移除版权或权利声明。
3. 许可证密钥与校验
密钥在你的 Mac 上离线校验，没有激活服务器，也不使用设备标识。对于已退款、被拒付或违反第 2 条而被分发的密钥，我们可以将其吊销；被吊销的密钥在吊销之后发布的版本中失效。
4. 退款
购买后 14 天内可申请全额退款。退款后对应的密钥会被吊销。
5. 你的内容与隐私
你的截图、从中识别的文字、备注和设置都保存在你的 Mac 上，归你所有。本软件没有账号、没有遥测。网络访问仅限于隐私政策列出的范围。你应确保自己有权截取和保存屏幕上的内容。
6. 更新
更新检查默认关闭，只有在你开启或手动检查时才会进行；是否安装更新由你决定。我们可能在未来版本中修改、增加或移除功能，但不会远程移除你已安装版本中的功能。
7. 第三方组件
本软件包含按其各自许可证授权的开源组件，相关声明可应要求提供，并在需要时随应用程序附带。
8. 免责声明
在法律允许的范围内，本软件按“现状”和“现有”提供，不附带任何明示或默示的保证，包括适销性、特定用途适用性和不侵权。预览版（dev、beta）可能存在缺陷并可能丢失数据，请保留重要内容的副本。
9. 责任限制
在法律允许的范围内，对于因使用或无法使用本软件而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害，或数据、利润、业务的损失，我们不承担责任。我们的总责任以你在索赔前 12 个月内为许可证支付的金额为限。本协议不限制消费者保护法赋予你的、不可放弃的权利。
10. 终止
如你违反本协议，许可自动终止，你应停止使用并删除本软件。第 2、5、8–11 条在终止后继续有效。
11. 其他
我们可能更新本协议；随某个版本发布的协议适用于该版本。某一条款无法执行的，不影响其余条款的效力。本协议以中文和英文发布，两者不一致时以英文版本为准。
ENGLISH
MaxCap End User Licence Agreement
MaxCap ("the Software") is proprietary software. This agreement is between you and the developer of MaxCap ("we", "us"). By installing or using the Software you accept it. If you do not accept it, do not install or use the Software. The same text is published at https://maxcap.cc/eula.html.
1. Licence grant
a. Free use. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the free features of the Software on Macs you own or control, for personal and commercial work.
b. Trial. The Software includes a one-time 14-day trial of MaxCap Pro on each Mac. When the trial ends, Pro features stop working; the free features and your data are not affected.
c. MaxCap Pro. A purchased licence key unlocks Pro features for one person on up to three (3) Macs that person uses. The key includes every version released within 12 months of the purchase date (the "updates period"). Versions released within the updates period keep their Pro features without time limit. Versions released after it require a renewal.
d. Organisations need one licence per person who uses Pro, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Restrictions
You may not: (a) share, publish, sell or otherwise distribute licence keys; (b) circumvent, disable or modify licence checks, trial limits or other technical protections; (c) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction; (d) rent, lease, sublicense or redistribute the Software or modified copies of it; (e) remove copyright or proprietary notices.
3. Licence keys and verification
Keys are verified offline on your Mac. There is no activation server and no device identifier. We may revoke a key that was refunded, charged back or distributed in breach of section 2; a revoked key stops working in versions released after the revocation.
4. Refunds
You may ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. A refunded key is revoked.
5. Your content and privacy
Your captures, text recognised from them, notes and settings stay on your Mac and remain yours. The Software has no account and no telemetry. Network access is limited to what the privacy policy lists (https://maxcap.cc/privacy.html). You are responsible for having the right to capture and keep the content on your screen.
6. Updates
Update checks are off by default and run only when you enable or start them. Installing an update is your choice. We may change, add or remove features in future versions; features in versions you already installed are not removed remotely.
7. Third-party components
The Software includes open-source components under their own licences; their notices are available on request and in the application bundle where required.
8. Disclaimer of warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Pre-release ("dev", "beta") versions may contain defects and may lose data; keep copies of anything important.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE LICENCE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Nothing in this agreement limits rights that consumer-protection law gives you and that cannot be waived.
10. Termination
This licence ends automatically if you breach it. You must then stop using the Software and delete it. Sections 2, 5 and 8–11 survive termination.
11. General
We may update this agreement; the version published with a release applies to that release. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. This agreement is published in English and Chinese; if they differ, the English version prevails.
